Marvellous position along with fabulous staff are the reasons we liked it. The location is in the heart of the city. Besides, covent garden is 10 minutes' drive away. A lounge restaurant was an advantage. Not to mention public parking.

Ideal and very clean hotel, helpful staff. It was near to the airport, 27 minutes' drive, convenient. There was kingsley two brasserie & bar, located nearby, where we relaxed. We had a great stay and did not want to leave there...

I really enjoyed my stay at the Kingley! There were three of us sharing a suite, and there was plenty of space. The room was nicely decorated, the receptionists were very nice (even granted us a free late checkout!) and cleaning was impeccable.It is close (5 min walk) to the Holborn station and a 10 minute walk to Covent Garden. The breakfast is very English-type, but there are also options for those who can't digest fried foods and sausages so early in the morning.

The hotel is a expensive but the location is great. The staff were both friendly and helpful. The room was good size and the bathroom average for London standards. The hotel is relatively close to the underground and has a bus stop at the hotel.

It was our first wedding anniversary we got a card and chocolates from the hotel which was a lovely touch. Our room was perfect, we couldn't have asked for more. The staff were friendly and approachable. The evening was lovely in the lounge with candles and cocktails. The food was brilliant and plenty of it. Already planning to go back next year.

The location of this hotel is excellant with a nearby tube station and it's within walking distance of Covent Garden and the shopping streets. The staff were very nice and helpful and there is a lovely bar and reception area. It was also very good value for money.
Our only complaint was the size of the room. It was a deluxe twin room and there was really very little space for 2 people to move around comfortably in but as it was just for 2 nights we managed.

We booked a Deluxe room and felt that it was fairly small. Not sure how big a standard room would be?!

What we liked best was that this hotel was situated in the heart of london therefore easily accessible for most theatre venues, It was right next door to the British Museum and within walking distance of Covent garden. It took us about 20 minutes to walk to the National Gallery and Trafalgar Square.
Based on 2 night stay: our twin room was very small: the beds were not as supportive as we would have liked; there was constant noise from traffic. The room was advertised as being Deluxe, but the facilites could have been bettered, i.e. flannels were provided only on first day; decaf coffee only on second day; no shower cap on second day; one tissue in tissue box and didn't get replaced! Little things but things that 'make' the holiday.

Considering the hotel is in the heart of London it is wonderfully relaxed. Access to places could not be easier; the room was comfortable even for a prolonged stay.
